Considered by many to be the most capable fourth generation fighter in the sky and equipped with many fifth generation technologies. This probably will be the last of the Flanker family when the fifth generation Russian aircraft arrive.Sukhoi Su-35S Bort 902 (T10BM-2) was the second of four prototypes of the Flanker E. The Su-35S isn’t to be confused with the earlier Su-35 used by the variant Su-27M. Bort 902 completed its maiden flight on October 2, 2008 at Komsomolsk-on-Amur with KnAAPO (Komsomolsk-on-Amur Aviation Production Association) factory test pilot Sergey Bogdan at the controls. 902 is painted in a new 3-color splinter scheme.
