Description: nice locomotive to restore. Needs some tin straightened up. It is missing 1 of the 4 bumpers, both control knobs are missing. I don’t have a key to test the spring but there is some residual tension on it, so I sure the spring is not broken. Front and rear couplings are intact but need to be straightened
