Non-Returnable items will be noted on the ad/description page. Our client must first call or email us for an RA#, (return authorization number) before the item(s)are shipped back. The returned item(s) must have the original sales invoice/packing slip and (if new) still be in its factory sealed box/packaging, un-opened for a refund. If the client has changed their mind, and there is nothing wrong with the item, the client is responsible for the return shipping to us.
