CSLs do not apply to any other events which may be held at the Ballpark, such as games by other teams, college tournaments, All-Star games, concerts, other events although Licensor will make a reasonable effort with the sponsor of any such event to obtain for Licensee the opportunity to purchase preferred seating for or admission to such event in advance of public sale.
