This is not an easy task and it is not always perfect either. This specific system is running almost perfectly with the exception of the built-in audio ports not being functional. On the other hand hdmi based audio works just fine, so if you don't intend to use the audio ports you won't notice a difference and usb based audio devices compatible with Macos should work as well. Also to note is that with a Sonoma hackintosh it is not possible to have functional airdrop without disabling security features, this is not something I'm willing to address as it would require changing out the wifi card to a different one and possibly even a reinstall (huge pain, so no). As I do not have an icloud account I can test with I cannot verify the functionality of iservices such as imessage and FaceTime, but they should work without issue. Macos also requires a password for all accounts, I will provide the password with the system to the buyer. There are possibly some details I'm forgetting, but I am happy to answer any questions.
