Description: Sold AS IS for parts or repair only. No returns. Both of them have the same issue. The little spring on the feed sensor that detects paper is present is weak and does not rebound properly, causing the scanners to believe that there is more paper to feed when there isn't, and thus it believes the paper is jammed. I was able to confirm this is the issue by manually helping the sensor rebound after it fed the paper and it did fine on both of them. If I had the part available it would be an easy fix, but I don't. One of the springs is definitely bent way out of shape, the other is better but still not good. They are supposed to be glued into place. both of them have been detached from the glue. So both of them will need that part fixed or replaced in order for the scanners to work properly. Both of them have yellowing of the panels and sticker residue and need cleaned. They do NOT come with any cords. No power supply, no usb cables. The first scanner has a scan count of under 5k and the second scanner has a scan count of under 1k. The drivers are available online, please do your own research to ensure compatibility and availability for your operating system. Packed and shipped with care.
