Description: I have two of these. I only need one for my vocal chain so I’m selling the duplicate. I pulled this below review of this unit off Gear Space… “Love these EQ's. I pretty much have them on every master for some extra brightness without getting too brittle. I bought these to replace some Warm EQP's as I missed that two band passive style EQ. I was under a stricter budget so I ended up searching deep into hardware online and came across Bart's units after finding color processors. I've learned through tech repair work that price isn't always the best indicator of quality when it comes to audio gear (companies are often way overcharging for circuits based on patents that some dude invented like 70 years ago), so I took the plunge on the black friday sale. I can say I am not disappointed. These units have a crisp and detailed high end and you can boost them far greater than you can in a computer plugin. Really sizzly and pleasing. And none of that boxy-ness or harshness that VSTs often get you. Low end is pleasing and forceful as well. It stays tighter than you would expect for a tube unit as it's a hybrid design. Perfect for my electronic style music. All tube unit's are sometimes too smeary and fat for dance music, but this fit's my rig excellently. I use it alongside a SS Tonelux Equalux EQ and I find myself reaching for Bart HRK's just as much as a $1500 box. So if you're looking for a great set of EQ's with tube warmth and an analog vibe, I'd thoroughly recommend. It's an added bonus that these are awesome on price, but saying that they're budget units would be dishonest as I'm fairly certain they can stand with or even outclass other similar Pultec Inspired EQ's”
