A very good looking well-made and decorative piece. This chest of drawers offers huge amounts of storage, as you can see at 140cm tall is a very splendid size. The has glass or crystal handles which are large and easy to grab, 3 large drawers, two smaller drawers and one hidden top drawer without a handle. We have cleaned waxed and polished it from top to bottom, there was a large timber shrinkage splint on the top which has been repaired at some point, the pillars have also been restored. There are some small timber losses and other signs of patina, all from genuine age and use.
