Description: Actually this "acceptable" copy of Armstrong Sperry's Hull-Down for Action is in reasonably good condition, but this book has been stabbed! My best guess would be the stabbing tool was something like the sharp leg of a pencil-compass. Stabbed in the back: dust jacket, book board, end-paper and several pages (p. 205-213)--fairly small puncture with a very sharp, pointy object. There is an old price sticker on the back end-paper; the book corners are bumped; corner wear on dust jacket is significant; and the fold of the back flyleaf is torn (1 in. at top) and chipped. Not in the best shape, but the face of the dust jacket is whole and bright. and the pages remain clean and unmarked. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED.
