Description: The GS221 is an S series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in late 2014. It was made in China and follows the GS121 as just the second S series model in the entry-level GIO line. Features of the GS221 include a poplar body with a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard with white dot position markers. Components include dual Ibanez Infinity humbucking pickups and a fixed bridge. Unlike the standard S models which have the output jack angled out from the face of the top, the jack on this model is on the side of the body.
