The 2 refers to the power it uses. In this case 2 is for 12v power. (1 is for 120v i think2411,2431) The other numbers on the dba refer to if its a upstacker or downstacker. This is a upstacker. You get the actual unit you see in the picture. As is, no refunds. It was taken from working machines that were just removed from my route and upgraded to new machines.
