It includes the original game cartridge, manual, and case/box, all in very good/like new condition with some minor wear. The case is clean with some scratches, scuffs, and a price sticker on the front (see photos). The hangtab is missing. The manual is clean and undamaged with only a few very minor creases and some very minor wear. The cartridge is clean with a glossy front label. This item will be shipped in a padded cardboard box to prevent damage. This is an authentic, original copy and is NOT A REPRODUCTION OR BOOTLEG. See above for photos of the actual item you will receive. I purchased this game from a thrift store about 25 years ago and have kept it in my personal collection ever since. It has always been stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight in the time I have owned it. I have personally cleaned this game's pins with isopropyl alcohol and tested it on my Genesis 2, playing it to completion. It works perfectly, with no issues whatsoever.
