These were purchased at an industrial liquidation earlier this year, and they are brand new in the original factory boxes. These were designed to power an Intermec Handheld Computer (and possibly others). However, they would be great for lots of applications where a hefty (2.5A / 30W) supply of 12 Volt power is required. Just cut off the plugs, strip the wires, and you can power all sorts of 12V gadgets with ordinary house current. These use a standard "D" power cord (not included) which you can readily find attached to old computers, printers, and other discarded office equipment.
