A straight up smooth cotton...more of a tablecloth feel of cotton...definitely pillow upholstery weight. A jadeite lime ground with lots of dark teal...birds in vibrant colors of orange...turquoise...lemon...with black and white accents. This was part of a sample...so two edges are serged as expected. Measures 27 inches wide x 19 inches long. Expect flawless. I have another also available being sold individually. I take returns...but who wants to take a return right?
