That makes it the equivalent of a 24KTD-3. This is the cheapest way to replace a bad phone or upgrade from a 12 button to a 24 button. Just move your stuff over. A blank label and overlay (label cover) are included. This phone can replace a 24KTD-2, 12KTD-2, or 12KTD-3 without reprogramming. The top two rows of buttons work just like the 12 button version. The bottom 2 rows might work, depending on how the system is programmed. Tested on an Iwatsu Adix phone system prior to shipment. 90 day warranty.
