This is a very unique and fascinating vintage watch that is highly collectible. Beautiful dark blue dial with gold accents. Functional and lightweight titanium case and bracelet. IWC 630 movement based on the Jaeger le Coultre 631. This is a fascinating mechanic movement driven by a battery. "Porsche Design" and "Made by IWC" as well as the watch number stamped on the back case. The watch number is congruent with the number in the original invoice. Case diameter: 36mm. Sapphire crystal. History: I am the first and only owner of this watch. I bought the watch in 1992 for CHF 3,420 at Beyer Watches (Chronometrie Beyer) in Zurich, Bahnhofstrasse 31 (original receipt on my name comes with the watch - please see picture). In 2003, the watch was professionally revised, the caliber was replaced by a new one (in part under warranty) and changed to the 3745 "system" for Euro 760 (see receipt in picture). Since then, the watch has been stored and worn not more than about 10 times. Although you may find very minor microscratches, the watch is overall in excellent condition and it will be difficult to find one in equal condition and with original receipt and papers. The watch comes with the original papers (pages of this leaflet have become loose because the glue dissolved), the original warranty card, and the original IWC repair warranty card from 2003. There also several extra links for the bracelet, but I am not 100% sure if they fit the current bracelet after it was updated to the 3745 system in 2003. I am selling the watch since I am 6'6'' and even though I would think I have not excessively large wrists, the watch looks a bit small on me.
