Returns DEFECTIVE ITEM REFUNDS If an item purchased by the consumer is defective, damaged, or materially different than what was ordered, then it is the consumer’s responsibility to notify JCs Wildlife within 14 days of receiving the shipment in order to qualify for a replacement or a refund. If the consumer does not notify JCs Wildlife within 14 days of receiving the shipment of the problem, then it is up to JCs Wildlife discretion whether or not a return will be authorized. Upon notification, the consumer will receive a Return Authorization Number or will be asked to supply a picture of the product and the packaging. The item must be returned to the seller in the same condition received. The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt date. If a replacement part or product is not available, a refund will be processed within 9 days upon receipt of the returned package.
