Original white cloth with gilt stamped cover and spine. White cloth slipcase with gilt stamped Presidential seal on the cover. Condition: both the book and its original slipcase are in very good condition. No signs of wear and tear. There are some markings on the lower corner of the rear of the front and back covers "99.9.15" they appear to be an ink. I don't know what that signifies.
