Fortunately, those 2 chips look like the petals are folded, you need to turn the figurine to a certain angle, look up close and use your fingers to feel them to be convinced that they are chipped. (please see the last 2 pics for reference) The rest of the figurine is in excellent condition. Fingers are all intact, no damage.
