Description: This beautiful painting by Joseph Nordmann (1922-2015) is oil on canvas (16” x 20”) and is titled “Blue House, New Monterey”. Joseph, a chemistry professor, began studying art under Paul Conner in the late 1940’s and then under the Russian/American Master, Nicolai Fechin. He began exhibiting his work and won many First place Awards. Joseph was a member of the California Art Club, Carmel Art Association, Central Coast Art Association, Pacific Grove Art Association and the Salinas Valley Art Association.
