Ships in plastic magnetic TCG card case for protection during mail transit. This is an extremely rare card in today's Pokemon TCG world. This card is from the first gen series sets. It is in poor condition, having a slight gash from one side, scuffs, slight bend of card (no crease, but does have slight minor creases/mini-wrinkles in some places) and several noticeable peelings on edges/corners. Card is still intact, and legally playable by Pokemon League rules, as it is not too damaged or unnoticeable apart from other cards when flipped over, and the front is legible; most of the actual image and card is preserved save for the gash, scuff, bend, and several slight peelings. This card has been professionally graded by the Game Master Grading Service, which is based on the PSA Grading Scale (see attached picture for Grade 1.5). This card was produced in 1999.
