Lining is damaged and I would probably have it replaced with a non-metallic leather. A few crystals missing - replacements included. It will also need paint touch up at top once nees crystals are in. Gold on top shows light wear. Please see closeups, which show all imperfections. Authentification card included, used original velvet pouch, and comes in original jewelry box - originally purchased in 2001.
