It is dirty and needs to be cleaned, serviced and oiled before use. The bushings might be alright. It comes with suspension spring. It does not come with pendulum leader, chains, hands, etc. It is marked Original Kieninger made in Germany, No (0) Jewels Unadjusted, and, 73 RK 93cm. It takes a 93cm pendulum. The plates measures about 5-1/8" square. The distance between plates is about 1-7/16". Please see pictures. Sold as is.Good for the professional, beginner, or hobbyist!
