Kurt signed this during Nirvana's album launch for In Utero at the Tower Records store in Downtown Seattle (with the purchase of the album). The store manager signed a COA who witnessed Cobain signing this card. He passed away only a few months later. It has been hanging in my house. The frame is black, not incredibly expensive. The signed index card has no wrinkles, rips or tears in it, it was signed with a black sharpie. I am a Seattle native, born and raised, and I have an extensive Nirvana collection, this item is by far my favorite. I will ship with insurance to the buyer, I will have the item carefully wrapped.
