There are some scratches on the frame and scuffs on the top tube. Pictured the scratches. The handlebar has some scratches on the top bar and near the lever areas. Dropouts are perfect.The yellow from the handlebar looks slightly faded and is not that rich yellow which we are used to in the 80's.This can be a solid base for a very rare freestyle bike.
