It has been signed in Light Blue paint pen. He added the character name and quote "Fang over Fang!" The figure has minor handling, corner and edge wear (which may include dings, scratches, minor creases etc) and should not be considered "mint." There are a few slight impressions the top and a small crease on the back near the bottom. I included multiple pictures for you to be the judge.
