This topper is inscribed on the front " $50.00 reward on conviction for stealing this automobile. This topper is the much rarer version that is stamped on back by the manufacturer S.E. Eby Phila ( most versions are not stamped by the manufacturer) Overall this vintage topper is in good condition and will look good for your collection. I made no effort to clean this topper and since it is vintage it does show signs of normal wear, discoloration and is slightly bent as from previous mounting.
