This top is also soft to the touch. The sleeves are long with no buttons at the cuffs and the hemline is a block hem with kick slits at each side. The neckline has a soft material around the neckline as well as a bit of a rib (very slight) design around the collar but does show the soft material. The hemline has the same style with the soft material with the rib (loose) design above it. The sleeves have the same soft slight rib design. I hope my description is giving this item justice, it is a very pretty item with great detail. The bust measurements are 26 inches and the shoulder to hem measurements are 30 inches. Fabric content is 71% Rayon and 29% Nylon.
