Description: Large 1.600 inch dia. Antique German swirl marble This marble has been reground and polished so the pontils are gone. There are some interesting manufacturing flaws in the marble at where one of the pontils once was. This looks to me like an end of cane and the internal flaws were caused because this area was the last part of the cane. I am no marble expert and comments are welcome.
