Condition: The painting has one repaired horizontal scratch in the upper middle. According to information from different sources, T. Bailey did not exist but was a pseudonym of several artists from the Massachusetts communities around Cape Ann. One of these Artists was William F.Paskell (British-American 1866-1951).
