The frame is rivited together and there are Velcro straps to hold the bag on the frame. There is one zipper pocket inside the bag. There are plastic feet/knobs on the bottom to hold it from the floor/ground. The bottom is solid with 2 sections so that it can be folded. There are no stains or discoloration. There are a few sparkles on the bottom looks as if it may have been used for a craft storage bag. Thank you for your interest.
