Description: Offered for your consideration is a Diamond Medal pearl/Black celluloid fountain pen. It is a very large pen measuring approximately 5 3/4”whilst closed. Please understand that Diamond Medals are HIGH quality pens. IMO quality equal to that of Parker Duofolds. Interestingly, the colors offered is almost the same as offered by Parker in the Duofolds. The pen is in good condition except for discoloration and some light plate wear. The clip has a some gold wear on the ball. The rest of the gold fillled trim is nice but not perfect. This color is prone to discoloration due to the white throughout. I have not treated the pen in any way. The barrel imprint is worn but partly legible and there is discoloration of the pen throughout. No cracks, chips or crazing. A personalizations is present on the side of the cap as shown in last pic.. priced to sell. Surface wear commensurate with a 100 year old pen. The nib is a nice smooooth Fine Diamond Medal 8.
