Description: LastiSeal® Brick & Masonry Sealer is a unique, state-of-the-art waterproofing sealer for concrete, bricks, stones, and porous building materials. This waterborne polyester polymer and polyurethane sealer penetrates 2–4 inches into concrete, fills the pores, bonds to the substrate, and cures as a hard plastic. It's like injecting epoxy into the capillaries in bricks, concrete, or masonry! Waterproofs permanently against rain and surface water. Waterproofs against negative side pressure. Protects against freeze-thaw damage and road salts. Protects against pitting, spalling, and crumbling. Resitsts spills, motor oil, chemicals, acid rain. APPLICATION Apply LastiSeal® using a hand-pump garden sprayer (below 30 psi) with a fan pattern nozzle. Spray on a continuous thick glistening film on the verge of puddling. Back-roll puddles or run-downs. If applying with a roller, maintain a wet edge. For more porous surfaces, apply a second application next day or later, provided the first application has readily absorbed. Ready for foot traffic in several hours and 2-3 days for vehicles.
