So I've had these in storage for a couple years(2 avail) and I can't use the test button? It does not light up... I have tried to hook a USB to it and cannot get it to light up? But I'm also not getting a good grip on the button? But worse case scenario I'm assuming the internal rechargeable battery needs to be replaced after sitting for a while. It is new, in it does come with the charger and everything you see... but made need new batteries. So please be aware of this before you purchase and understand that there's a possibility it may not work at all. I am selling for much cheaper than purchased because of this...I have other life gear accessories for my dogs and every year or more I have to replace the battery. So I have 2 available.. 1 red 1 blue both have the same issue ...this one fell out of its packaging and was zip tied by the store... this was how I purchased it. It is an obvious brand new condition but missing the very small rubber cover that goes over the USB charging port. So this 1 the red 1 is gonna be a little bit cheaper than the blue 1.... Biggest thing is ask me questions if you have any. Great leash strong durable reflective but just might need batteries to work
