This is an Exact copy of the original Second Floor with a few modifications: The floor's interior furnishings and balcony railing have been removed to allow for custom furnishing, and the original balcony hole has been filled in with plates in order to expand the amount of usable floor space. The two halves of the floor have been completely built in advance before shipping and only need to be connected together, in a single step, for easy and simple assembly. Pieces are New Lego bricks and come from a Smoke and Pet-free home.
