When it was first introduced in 2010 this building was not met with much enthusiasm because of its very unusual looks for a Spooky Town building. The design & color schemes were ahead of their time for Spooky Town buildings & it went largely unsold because of that. Over the last few of years or so it has gained a lot of attention with collectors and has become a sought after piece, and not so easy to come by in this brand new and Never Removed From Box condition. The animantion projects "flying/revolving" lighted ghosts onto its dome at the top of the building and also has some sequential lighting as well.
