The Inseam is 14" so they should be a little Below Knee Length, Depending on Your Leg/Thigh Length. You can measure 14" from Your Middle Crotch down the Inside Leg and see about where they will hit on Your Leg Personally. They have the Slightly Frayed Hem now. I don't see any real flaws. Maybe, you can zoom in on the pictures to see what You think personally. They do have some fading throughout, like most items have. Since they have been worn, washed and dried, I don't know if this has Shrunk them up any or not for the size or even stretched them out some. I don't know what type of fit they have except they were 515 Boot Cut Jeans. I don't know how true to size they are compared to other brands in this style/fit. Please don't just go by the tag size for these. I don't know how the fit will be for a normal size 8 Short. The Waist measures 31" and the Hips measure 34" so maybe this will help you decide if they will fit you personally. These Do have Belt Loops. These Do Not have a Drawstring. They can Stretch a little so that should make them more Comfortable to wear. They look to have a Mid Rise to me. The Inseam is now 14" so they are a little longer than Bermuda Shorts and Shorter than Capris. Some of you might think of them as Skimmers, while others as Bermuda Shorts. You will have to decide what they are to you personally. These Cut Off Jeans "Really" Need to go home with you today! These aren't new but were washed in Tide Free Detergent and Hung on a Hanger to Dry. They weren't put in the dryer with any Fabric Softener or Fabric Sheets, by me, but could have been before I got them.
