Its exterior is painted in Phase IV Livery. Features include; 2 motors, 10 directional lights, and it is also equipped with a DCC interface for easy installation of a DCC decoder. It comes with couplers and all paperwork. The condition is like new / factory new in original box. The engine shows no wear on steel wheels, contact pads, or traction tires, perhaps it was only tested. It has quite a few very bright LED lights and opening doors into the well detailed cab. Ambient light from the rear LEDs provide a nice bluish glow out the windows.
