Description: Super-rare original 1968 10" LP of Indonesian pop singer Lilis Surjani with the Zaenal Combo. Sometimes called Keliling Dunia, this is one of the handful of her brilliant 60s go-go pop records, full of all the charm and magic of the era with all the groovy surfish guitars and teen beats and melodies. Like an Indonesian Lulu or Lesley Gore or something, yet something different, too. Anyhow this is one of her great records and is impossible to find, especially in decent condition. This copy has some scuffs and light marks but plays just great with a little crackle between songs, which mostly vanishes as soon as the music starts. Really clear and crisp sound... and the flimsy cover is in way better condition than usual. A little edgewear and a slightly torn upper right corner, a little tape on the back, and some writing, including a 1968 date. But all this is not bad. The cover has no seam splits, no rips or bad creases, and barely any ringwear. A beautiful copy.
