Description: This plate is part of the elegant series entitled Les Femmes du Siecle - Women of the Century, made by Henry D'Arceau & Fils in Limoges, France. The series was commissioned by the Parisian Fashion Chamber and it depicts western women's fashions from 1865 to 1965. Made in Limoges in the 1970's, these plates were hand decorated and signed by Francois Ganeau, a Parisian artist. This plate features Scarlet en Crinoline la Femme inaccessible and fashion from 1865. -8.25" in diameter -Registration number on back -Excellent condition.
