Description: This is the earlier version of the postwar ZW , with the laminate core . Its been cleaned, tested, completely serviced , upgraded and test operated . Output voltage at all 4 terminals graduates from 0 to 20.5 volts as shown in photos . It has 4 new copper alloy rollers, a new , modern fast trip circuit breaker, the old rectifier discs have been replaced with modern whistle diodes, a new "L " power cord has been installed , 2 new indicator lamp bulbs , and 4 TVS( transient voltage suppression) diodes have been installed on the output terminals to protect any modern circuitry in locomotives ( ALL SHOWN IN PHOTOS) . The whistle and direction control contacts have been cleaned and function perfectly . No cracks or chips in case, no rust on base , nameplate and graphics are excellent.
