We require you to take a couple clear pictures of the dead livestock in the unopened bag and message us within 30 minutes of your delivery (to avoid claims for orders that were left in the elements for an extended period of time) all DOA orders will be refunded for the cost of the livestock (unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping costs) as long as the DOA guidelines are followed.
