No deep scratches that should cause skipping (at least they don't on my turntable with a weighted stylus - a penny that's been there for a really long time). The jacket is still in the original shrink (but opened) and has the original price tag from Skaggs record store. This is a super cool vintage Christmas album and a great addition to any vintage record collection. This is one that doesn't come along every day so it'll go fast! As pictured.
