Description: Nice rare small Longpark Torquay pottery inscribed “From Bagenalstown” (Muine Bheag) Ireland souvenir Tea Pot; made in England. I believe this pot predates 1922 when the Irish Free State changed the name of the town back to the original Irish name “Muine Bheag” (small thicket). Very good antique condition with one very small chip to edge of cover. Displays very well.
