Leather still soft and supple. May have minor scuffs due to normal usage, but no major issues whatsoever. One is black, the other is burgundy. Black bag - zipper closure, measures 11" by 7" by 3", one outer zip pocket and one inner zip pocket. Burgundy bag - flap magnetic closure which opens to reveal a mirror and a magnetic strap closure, measures 12" by 9" by 3 3/4", one outer pocket, inside divided into two sections, one side has a zip pocket, the other side is set up like a wallet with a pocket large enough for a phone and assorted slots for cards as well as a spot for your ID.
