Lot of (10) RARE Antique VTG Embossed Shield Metal Steel Roof Shingles 15 sq/ft

Description: Offering lots of (10) reclaimed antique galvanized metal shingles/tiles that were salvaged from a Pennsylvania farm in Amish country near Lancaster, PA.. These shingles were used as roofing shingles, though they can be used as siding as well. They feature a rare embossed shield design, which is the first of it's kind that I have ever seen. They are in as-found condition, but they are all intact and you will not be receiving any that are broken and damaged. That said, some are slightly wavy and may need some attending to, including cleaning, but pictures will show exact condition. The tiles are painted and they are in various states of a brick red and silver distressed paint, with hints of green showing through. They can be left as is for a shabby chic look, or painted a color of your choice. These are galvanized metal, and they each measure 13x20. They are meant to overlap on the sides and the top, and the reveal is 12x18. Thus, each tile is 1.5 square feet, and a lot of ten will cover approximately 15 square feet. The sides form a sort of tongue in groove interlock, but since these tiles are reclaimed, you may have to straighten the edges somewhat to get them to fit properly. They are sold in lots of 10 shingles, and there are 15 available, with each lot numbered in the upper right in the pictures. They weight 1.4 lbs. each. There is volume pricing in place and a reduced $9.99 shipping charge for each addition bundle after the first. If you have a certain lot that you would like, please specify. I tried to group them in similar colors and look. As they sell, each lot sold will be removed. Currently available are 1-15. I had a few extra tiles, so lots 14 and 15 will include 2 free tiles for a total of 12 as shown. The could be used as a backsplash or accent wall or on a bar, or for crafts or for whatever creative use you can come up. These are *extremely* hard to find, and priced at only $6/each.
