Description: This is a 4 map set of The Town of Lumberton, NJ from 1876. Recently reproduced on fine natural color parchment they are 11"x 17" and suitable to fit a standard size frame. Contained on the maps are finely detailed locations of the homeowners of the Town of Lumberton along with the villages of Hainesport, Eayrestown, Newbolds Corner, Fostertown and Mount Holly. Due to the limited size of my scanner bed, only portions of the maps may be shown. Please check out the pictures provided for greater detail. The first map (shown) is that of the business or downtown section of Lumberton and also contains 2 other inset maps of the towns of Bridgeboro and Delanco. The second map shows the entire township of Lumberton which includes the towns or villages of Hainesport, Lumberton, Eayrestown, Newbolds Corner, Fostertown and part of Mt Holly. The third map shows an inset map of Hainesport with 2 other insets of Crosswicks and Cookstown. The fourth map is an exploded view of the inset map of Hainesport. The names shown are indeed very small yet can be read. Also indicated on the map are schools, named streets, railroads and rivers/streams.
