The mount will accept the Redfield rings similar to those used on the 1903A4 Redfield scope bases. The two-piece barrel base clamps onto the barrel. The mount fits into the dove tail for the rear sight. The lower set of screws will secure the mount. The upper screws are for the windage adjustment.
