Description: For your consideration at this wonderful auction is a pair of 30-pin 4MB RAM Modules for the Macintosh Color Classic. Installing these on the logic board will create a total of 10MB of RAM, the maximum supported and recognized by the Color Classic without using Virtual Memory. System requirements are System 7.1 to System 7.6.1. These memory modules are sold in matching pairs, so that they are consistent with memory standards. Each successful bid of 1 will receive 2 units of 4MB of RAM, or a total of 8MB. The Color Classic logic board already has 2MB of memory soldered to the logic board. The maximum supported is 10MB, so installing more than 4MB modules will still yield a total of 10MB allowable displayed on the screen. I have tested these in a working Color Classic and verified that they are in fact 4MB modules each. Installing these on other systems or logic boards is unsupported since I did not have the opportunity to test them. Please see pictures; item is sold as-is. I will ship domestic and international.
