It is white or off white with a very slight blush underneath. Very subtle blush. I purchased this on eBay for my daughter but unfortunately due to COVID we had to change plans and she never got to wear it. It could use a cleaning as the previous bride had a beach wedding and there are some stains underneath around the bottom. But nothing cleaning wouldn’t remove. The previous bride was 5 ft 9 inches and wore 1 inch heels. The measurements laying flat and measured across the front is bust 19”, waist 16” and hips 20”.
